Dennis partners with our clients to maximize their revenue, monetize their receivables, and retain their customers. After three decades running consumer lending, collections and servicing for resorts, homeowner associations, and financial enterprises, Dennis knows that success starts and ends with heart-beating people.
Dennis understands that every delinquent account was once a customer. He built Fairshare Solutions on the principle that successful recovery means renewing a relationship, making a new connection, or both. To accomplish this, he hires and trains the best people, then blends innovation and flexibility with good old-fashioned hard work.
During his career Dennis has collected, managed, financed or originated over $1.5 billion in receivables. Before forming Fairshare Solutions, he held senior leadership roles with: Club Exploria, as Director of Financial Services and Compliance; Bushkill Group, Inc., as Director of Financial Services; Split Rock Resort, as Director of Portfolio Services; The Manhattan Club, as EVP of Financial Services; Elective Investments, as SVP for Lending and Portfolio Management; and Cost Control Marketing, as VP of Lending Portfolio. Dennis has also owned Time Financial Recovery Services, a consumer loan servicing and collection management company, and Pocono Segway Tours. Early in his career he was a partner in Beach Time Marketing, LLC, a timeshare sales and marketing enterprise.
Dennis graduated from East Stroudsburg University, where he studied Business Communications and Media Technology.
